Charles Lenoir

Charles Lenoir holds an agrégation d’histoire and graduated from Sciences Po Paris. He is currently a PhD student at the Center for History at Sciences Po and is preparing a dissertation on conservatives facing the social question and the rise of the modern state in France and the United States from the 1890s to the 1920s.
