Mohammad Javed Alam is a doctoral candidate in sociology at the Université of Paris, and affiliated with the Laboratory of CEPED, Paris. His thesis focuses on financial inclusion and digital technologies in India. He has M.Phil in Science Technology Studies from JNU, New Delhi.
