Anne-Valérie Ruinet

Anne-Valérie Ruinet studied at EM Lyon, Sciences Po Paris and holds a master’s degree in Chinese studies from Inalco. She is general delegate of the Foundation of an engineering school. After several years in Beijing where she was responsible for the development of Sciences Po in China, she studies China’s strategy for attracting talents in higher education, in connection with the emergence of the country’s scientific power.
